You will be provided a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24-72 hours for your tracking number to show on Australia Posts tracking system.

(Note: Due to COVID-19 Australia Post is experiencing some delays. Please be aware to most areas the usual postage lead time of 7 workings day has increased. Unfortunately once your order has been posted I have no control of how long it will take to arrive to you.)

The recommended postage option is a tracked postage parcel.

Please note Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 pandemic Australia Post can't guarantee next day delivery. When choosing this option, please be aware there will be delays that are out of my hands.
UNTRACKED LETTER
Untracked postage is no longer available. Due to the long lead times within the Australia Post network, I want my customers to have piece of mind, so tracked postage is the only option available at this stage.
I will be trialing a TRACKED LETTER postage for select orders. If you would like to see if your order is eligible for this, please contact me.

PICKUP
I'm located on the Gold Coast and am happy to chat about organising pickup.
Once your order is put into Australia Posts hands I have no control over lead times or how they deliver. Please use the tracking number provided to track your parcel.
